Italian Purse BINGO!

Tickets will sell out fast. Be sure to reserve your seats soon!

This event is open to the public so please spread the word and invite your friends.

It will be a wonderful evening Italian style.
We'll have Italian wine, cannoli and you'll have many chances to walk away with a valuable gorgeous Italian designer purse.

Tables can be reserved in groups of at least 8 (9 or 10 are possible but 8 will fit most comfortably per table).  If you would like to reserve a table for your group, please contact Penny at or 419-293-5277 to let her know the name your table should be reserved under and the names of the other ticket holders to seat with you.  We would prefer all tickets for each reserved table be paid at the same time (via the online payment link posted or by sending a check to our CIAO p.o. box 1664 Lima, Ohio 45802).  We will not be able to guarantee a full table reserved for your party until at least 8 tickets for the table have been purchased.

Be sure to join us for our next general membership dinner and meeting coming up on Monday, February 22, 2016 at Milano Cafe.  Appetizers begin at 5:45, dinner is served at 6:15 and the meeting starts at 7p.m.  Cost is $15 per person and meals are served "family style" including dessert.   Steve Smith has lined up a great speaker for us.  He says, "Brian Keegan is an excellent chef with over 40 years experience in the study of wines from around the world.  He is the Wine Steward for Old City Prime and established a beautiful wide list of wines for their portfolio at the restaurant.  In my opinion, he is probably one of the most knowledgeable persons in the Lima area regarding wines.  His presentation will consist of a history of wine production and wines of different regions of the world up to current production."  All members are encouraged to attend. Anyone interested in joining CIAO is welcome!

This was a deeply heart-wrenching decision for the board of
directors to make, but it was an unfortunate necessity in order to make sure that CIAO continues to uphold the quality dinner that the Lima community has loved and supported for nearly 30 years. Plans are already in motion for the next dinner on Palm Sunday of 2017, the Civic Center is booked and CIAO is committed to making it happen. Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive of our efforts and continues to work hard for us. You make it possible for CIAO to provide scholarships to so many deserving local students and for CIAO to make donations to a great number of local worthy causes.  We will need your support and energy even more in the upcoming year. Please help us build up our membership by talking to your friends and family about who we are and what we do and encourage them to join us. If you're not already involved in any of our committees, please think about how you can share your time and talents with us.
