Be sure to join us for our next general membership dinner and meeting coming up on Monday, February 22, 2016 at Milano Cafe.  Appetizers begin at 5:45, dinner is served at 6:15 and the meeting starts at 7p.m.  Cost is $15 per person and meals are served "family style" including dessert.   Steve Smith has lined up a great speaker for us.  He says, "Brian Keegan is an excellent chef with over 40 years experience in the study of wines from around the world.  He is the Wine Steward for Old City Prime and established a beautiful wide list of wines for their portfolio at the restaurant.  In my opinion, he is probably one of the most knowledgeable persons in the Lima area regarding wines.  His presentation will consist of a history of wine production and wines of different regions of the world up to current production."  All members are encouraged to attend. Anyone interested in joining CIAO is welcome!
